عقارجي هو واحد من أبسط تطبيقات إدارة تأجير العقارات. يسمح لك عقارجي بتتبع العقارات المستأجرة، والمستأجرين، ومعاملات الإيجار، والقيام بقائمة لأعمال التأجير، والتذكير والمزيد أيضاً من خلال واجهة واحدة. هذا هو برنامج إدارة الممتلكات الوحيد الذي ستحتاجه لمسائلك الشخصية / التجارية المؤجرة.

عقارجي هو تطبيق سحابي يحفظ بياناتك على حسابك ويمكنك الوصول إلى البيانات في أي مكان في أي وقت من جهازك، وتلقي الإشعارات والتنبيهات بتوقيتات الإيجار وقيمتها وتأخيرها على جهازك. عقارجي مجاني تماما ولا يقتصر على عدد محدد من الوحدات

التسجيل: ينشئ المستخدم حسابه الخاص باستخدام البيانات الاساسية
العقارات:
- إنشاء مبنى بالصورة والاسم والنوع والبلد والمدينة والمنطقة وعدد الطوابق
- إنشاء وحدات لكل مبنى مع صورة أو الدور أو نوع أو رقم الوحدة أو مدة الإيجار أو المبلغ المحدد للإيجار أو التكييف المركزي أو غاز مركزي
المستأجرين: إنشاء المستأجر عن طريق اسم المستأجر، الهوية، الصورة، الجنسية، أرقام الهواتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وتفاصيل السكن
عقود الإيجار: إنشاء عقود الإيجار بين الوحدة والمستأجر، كل عقد له ثلاثة أجزاء
- مدة العقد (الفترة، عدد مرات التكرار، التقويم، تاريخ البدء، تاريخ الانتهاء)
- الدفع (مبلغ الإيجار، مدة السداد، الإيداع الأمني)
- تفاصيل العقد (تجديد تلقائي، ملاحظات)
التنبيهات: تذكر التواريخ والمستحقات هي المهمة الأهم على الإطلاق، سوف نعمل على تذكيرك بها. الحصول على تنبيهات إعلام مثل تاريخ الاستحقاق الإيجار وتاريخ انتهاء الإيجار. سيتم إرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك أو يمكنك عرضها على لوحة التحكم.

AqarJee is one of the simplest applications of rental property management for landlords to manage rental properties. AqarJee allows you to keep track of your rental properties, tenants, rental transactions, to do list for your rental business, reminders and more all in one interface. This is the only property management software you will need for your rental personal/business matters.

AqarJee is a cloud application saves your data on your account and you are able to access the data everywhere at any time from your device, recieve the push notification on your device. AqarJee is absolutely free and not limited to specific number of units

AqarJee features Release 1.0:
Registration: User creates his own account using his personal information and preferences
Properties
- Create Building with picture, name, type, country, city, district and number of floors
- Creating unites for each building with picture, floor, type, unit number, rent term, amount, Central AC, or Central GaS
Tenants: create tenant with tenant name, ID, picture, nationality, phone numbers, email, and occupant details
Rental Contracts: create rental contracts between unit and tenant, each contract has three parts
- Contract Duration (Period, number of recurring, calendar, start date, end date)
- Payment (rent amount, payment term, security deposit)
- Contract Details (auto-renew, remarks)
Alerts: remembering dates and dues are the most important task, then we will remind you. Get Notification alerts like rent due date and lease ending date. Alerts will be pushed notification to your device or you can view them on your dashboard.
Dashboard: AqarJee has two views dashboard (Calender view, Month view)
- Calender view: shows the calendar with spots of collections, and table with the amounts
- Month view: shows the Dues, collected and remaining as a bulk of money and the amount should be collected next month, with a summery for all units (Total units: Rented units, Vacant units)
AqarJee will have some additional features in future releases based on your feedback according to the most important features you need in your dealings with the market.
